Finding the perfect venue was no small task. Together, we embarked on an unforgettable seven-day tour across Italy, visiting more than 20 of the country's most breathtaking properties. Each location had its own charm, but none could compare to the grandeur of one of Italy's most iconic venues, the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.

Nestled within a historic borgo, surrounded by ancient ruins and rolling vineyards, this venue felt timeless, elegant, and imbued with the kind of history that lent itself to an extraordinary celebration. Its versatile spaces gave us the creative freedom to design multiple events over the weekend, while still maintaining a cohesive, luxurious aesthetic that echoed the couple’s vision. For Charlie and Sam, this venue wasn’t just a backdrop; it was the perfect stage for their love story.

Crafting a Multi-Day Celebration for the Grooms

The weekend began with a playful welcome party that embraced the essence of a summer Tuscan evening. Set within the borgo, the celebration was awash in vibrant colors, a whimsical nod to the grooms’ personalities. The bold, sun-soaked hues and lively decor set the tone for the weekend, offering guests a glimpse of the magic that was yet to come. This introduction to the weekend felt like an intimate invitation into their world, perfectly curated to capture the joy and warmth they share as a couple.

As the weekend unfolded, the mood of the celebration evolved. The wedding day itself was designed to be a dramatic affair, paying homage to the ruins that served as the ceremony's majestic backdrop. Drawing inspiration from the opulence of Baroque architecture, we infused the day with rich, moody tones and wild, organic florals, bringing a sense of romance and grandeur to the event. The golden-hour ceremony was nothing short of magical, with every element meticulously timed and curated to ensure a seamless flow.

Charlie and Sam’s personal style remained a defining feature throughout, with Charlie wearing a custom Brioni tuxedo that embodied the timeless elegance of the day. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the intimate seating design, was chosen to reflect the couple's shared vision of a wedding that felt both intimate and grand.

Entertainment played a key role in creating the right atmosphere for each event. From the lively Boys4Road, an Italian roaming band at the welcome party, to the electric violinist Andrea Casta who performed at the reception, every musical element was handpicked to enhance the experience. The highlight of the wedding reception was a surprise performance by Norwegian pop star Dagny, adding an extra layer of excitement to the evening.

On the final day, we shifted the tone once more, leaning into a vibrant, playful energy that was a perfect reflection of Charlie and Sam’s spirit. Bright florals and unexpected decor transformed the space, creating an atmosphere that was fun, joyful, and full of life. The grooms embraced the lighter mood with a “Fruity & Fabulous” themed pool party, Dolce & Gabbana swimwear and bold, fashion-forward looks. Every moment felt like an extension of their personalities, offering guests a full spectrum of experiences, from the elegance of the wedding ceremony to the pure fun of a final celebration under the Tuscan sun.
